Self Trims

Does anyone trim their on ends? Do you use scissors specifically for hair, or just regular scissors?

I do. I use very sharp scissors that are just for hair. My first pair of scissors came from the beauty supply store. The second pair I bought from Sephora. I don't use the scissors for anything else as cutting things like paper, etc. dulls the blades and cutting with dull scissors may cause more splits.

I self-trim and only use hair shears.

ETA: I also recommend that you use shears designed for hair as using regular scissors can cause split ends and end up doing more damage on your hair.

my hair isn't long enough to trim it this way.

I trim my own hair with Jilbere cutting shears for hair
