I've never heard of Henna making someone's hair fall out, unless your allergic. It comes in a big blovk like giant chocolate, you just add water, it has a fragrant smell and its a bit easier to wash out than normal powder Henna.

I've used the Lush Retread Conditioner and the Lush Recon Treatment. The retread was ok, it did help a lot with detangling but it moisturized my hair pretty well. I liked the Recon treatment. The smell is great and it made my scalp feel really healthy. The recon is super thick and heavy and has to be washed out carefully. It also lasts a long time -- but you have to be careful with Lush products because they don't have lot of preservatives.

I LOVE their products. I have a bathroom full of their bath fizzies, soaps, etc.......

I will be using the henna tomorrow. I can review and post pics if anyone is interested.

Oh I've also been using their "ANGELS ON BARE SKIN" facial scrub.

I  it!

I use tons of stuff from Lush. My hair LOVES Retread. It makes it so soft and the texture is unbelievable. I also use I love juicy for when my hair is really icky and one of the black girls who works at lush swears that the soild shampoo bar, "New" grew her hair and her friends hair. I brought New and it left my scalp feeling really clean and tingly, but Im not sure about hair growth. Finally I am also using coolaulin which is a coconut conditioner, I use that inbetween using retread. I love this stuff. I've used some of the skin care and they have also been really good to me...:yep:

ohh yes i love lush products! its so great to have a lush night lol there products smell so nice and have a lingering scent! there shampoo bars are a hit' with me.

I don't know if I like Lush products cuz I can't get past the freakin' loud smell of the whole place! It looks real cool. But it's like that invisible noxious barrier keeps me from walking in.

I've been eyeing those massage bars forever. I just imagine this big scented block of deliciousness that melts on contact and leaves my skin soft and silky right out of the shower.

Whew! Had a hot flash! :lachen:

I purchased the peach scent bar...my skin felt like silk. I loved those.
Adding to Christmas list..:lachen:

But...I left it on my cocktail table, after a session of massage:blush: and my dog ate it.

I LOVE Lush - haven't used much of their hair stuff (I tried the Caca Rouge, and got mad because it's gritty - so I have a whole block of it sitting in my cabinet - I don't do gritty henna) but their Aromarant is my deodarant of choice, the massage bars are lovely, and the soaps are AMAZING.

I wish one would open up around here......

I went to the Atlanta store at Lenox Mall yesterday. I bought the EVOO soap. I can't wait to try it.

I was looking through the catalog and they have a couple of shampoo soaps I want to try. One has the cade oil in it, like the MTG. Has anyone tried it?

These are the two:

Cinnamon spice restores tired scalps suffering hair loss
As you're shampooing away the usual dirt and grime, stimulate your scalp with menthol, bay, clove and cinnamon oils to encourage hormonally imbalanced (or stressed-out) hair follicles to stick around and return to their former glory. Also great for post-partum ladies dealing with hair loss.

Ingredients:
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerin, Nettle Infusion (Urtica dioica), Peppermint Infusion (Mentha piperita), Nettle Absolute (Urtica dioica) Rosemary Absolute (Rosmarinus officinalis), Bay Oil (Laurus nobilis), Clove Bud Oil (Eugenia caryophyllus), Cinnamon Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum cassia), Cinnamon Sticks (Cinnamomum cassia). </I>

Soak & Float
Brings relief to flaky, temperamental scalps
Some claim this shampoo smells like a campfire when it lathers up. And you know what? It does! (Thankfully, the scent does not linger like the real thing.) But once you get past this minor nuisance, you have a hardworking, very effective shampoo with the essential oils of cade and lavender to soothe and repair scaly scalp conditions like dandruff. You'll be glad you gave this one a try.

Ingredients: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Water (Aqua), Cade Oil (Juniperus oxycedrus), Lavender Oil (Lavendula hybrida), Marigold Petals (Calendula officinalis), Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia), Perfume.
