I've stayed away from the growth aides mentioned on this site because I'm scared of buildup but I might give this a try. I already get enough and I dont even put products on my scalp

I've been using BT for a little over a month now and it's working just fine by itself...I don't belive u would need to mix it with anything. But i must admit I did add MN to my BT.
