Nioxin is ridiculous! it's making hair(even my eyebrows)grow like weeds. it's been 6weeks and i have about 2inches of thick new growth. i take 3 a day. i just bought a new 90ct bottle. i'm probably going to look like Chewbacca soon

I take nioxin 2 at night..These babies give me good ng...I am not good at measuring ng yet. I've use Gueye and they didn't give me the results I was looking for....Although the Gueye braid spray works...I used that when my daughter hair was in braids and it grew her hair....Maybe if you use the whole Gueye line you will probably get good results but I did not have time for all that Nioxin is your best bet

I have used gueyes with good result, i just got back on it, the last time I used it consistantly using the oil and vits I achieved hair that was midback, check my fotki, 1st album you'll see what i'm talking about, EK, Ekomba has also achieved great length with it, not every vit works for everyone, you have to know what works for you. but I can attest to Gueye's growth

I've taken it! I loved it! I was only taking 1 a day...just imagine had i taken 2 or 3 a day? This reminds me to buy another bottle. Very simple vitamins and had great results. I bought my mom a bottle too while she came out to visit

So you're taking 3 a day? On the bottle it says to only take 1 a day. I wanted to take at least 2 a day, but when it comes to supplements like that, I follow directions and only take the recommended amounts. Is anyone else taking more than 1 a day on these?

I've also only been taking 1 a day for the past 4 weeks I guess. There's growth but not anything close to 2 inches. I thought about upping to 2 a day, but like you I follow the directions. I did notice immediately increased length and strength in my nails.

Nioxin vitamins are expensive though, what about just taking biotin and other supplements listed on the bottle n buying them from a vitamin shop?

The local health store is currently out of Gueye Hair Vitamins but told me that they'll be getting a new shipment in a couple of weeks. I'll be first in line. (I was 6 months on & 6 months off).

I guess this is my biggest hesitation when it comes to taking "internal" growth aids as opposed to the "external" stuff I use. I'm always thinking that if I stop taking the vitamins for whatever reason - medical or not - my hair would either stop growing, or worse, change course altogether.

In my simple mind, its easier for me to oil my scalp a few times a week, than to have to remember to take internal growth aids. *sigh*

I guess I am alone in this thinking....

Never tried the vits, but the rest of the nioxin line gives fabulous results! I use system 7 for chemically treated hair. Must try the vitamins!

I used to think the same way...until I was told that, "you are what you eat!" And "what goes in must come out" (if you intake the right nutrients it will come out that way by the looks of your hair, body, etc.). People won't stop telling me how long my hair is (since I've started back taking the Gueye Hair Growth Capsules) - they don't know that I'm taking the Gueye. I've never tried the Nioxin.
