I have noticed a lot of ladies here that say they work out a lot and can't do some styles because they sweat them out (i.e.rollersets). For the Gym Junkies like myself...what styles work best for you?
I'm sick of bunning, but that is about the only thing that stands up to 1 hour on the elliptical (training for a marathon).
