I'm in the process of developing a regime, but you are very welcome to read my journal. I've started writing in my journey of every shampoo, so far so good!! I have a few staples though.
PREPOO Overnight oils-Vatika, EVOO, and Keo Karpin hair oil.
POOS/CONS- Everything!!!
RECONSTRUCTORS- AtOne, ORS
LEAVEINS- Infusium 23 on wet hair to detangle folloewed by salerm 21.
DAILY MOISTURIZER: ORS Olive Oil in the jar.
I wash my hair once a week followed by deep conditioning.
