I bought the goodie bag that has 4 sizes in them and either my hair is thinning or the original size puff cuff is HUGE. I use the Junior daily and the smaller ones I use to hold my hair while detangling. . My biggest plus is that I don't get the tension headaches from using ouchless bands. I also have never found broken hairs in the PC.
