Good Evening,

I found two websites for EAP Heat and I am uncertain if both sites are legitimate - or what the differences are for the two sites. Here are the URLs:

The second one is based on the shopify domain, which seems unrelated. If you go to the homepage on that one, it's no longer on *.myshopify.com but it has no certificate. I'd never trust an insecure webpage with any sort of my data, and any company selling products with an unencrypted connection is in violation of PCI DSS - in other words, stay far away!

The first link appears legitimate, trusted certificate (secure connection) and the contact information matches the domain name. You could even send them an email and ask them to verify in this case. Hope that helps.

EAP has horrible communication skills. I inquired about their straightening comb, which was sold out. They never responded, but they did remove the straightening comb from their website.

How long ago was that? I didn't know they had a straightening comb. I'd buy that now.

I ordered 4 EAP irons on the bolded link. No issues. This is the first I have heard of the second one but I would use the first because its their direct site and it worked good well Paypal.
