That's It! I was trying to think of it. It's turns the grey hairs white right? *googling*

It won’t turn the grey hairs to white. It neutralizes any yellow or brassy tones in white/grey/blonde hair. Years ago, when I worked at Sally’s, I had a customer (black woman) with hair similar to the lady’s in the video. Hers was a touch more on the grey/silver side, but she swore by Clairol Shimmering Lights Shampoo.
 
Not yet. Some folks hair turn into a “Blue Cloud” from using it.

Do you know of any examples? I’ve never heard or seen that from a commercial purple shampoo. And I’ve used them myself on blonde and white highlights (and bleached wig knots). Never turns the hair purple, just mildly tones the hair.
