I do this in REAL LIFE. While seated, I run my hands down my unloosened braid until I hit my thigh and then twirl the ends of my 'super long hair' up. This represents my hair that is 'pooled' and laying on my thigh because it is that long.

I truly believe that imagining creates reality.

Remember - use the amount of shampoo and conditioner needed not for the hair you have now, but for the hair you wish to have.
My hair is shoulder length now , but I use a half bottle of conditioner now because I know that’s how much I’ll need when my hair is hip length. I’m behaving as if I have the hip length hair now to call it into existence even faster.
