Anyone still got the Wu going on?

I totally sorted out the problem but I have recently noticed a slightly thinner section in the middle, it's not a major problem but I need to deal with it before it becomes one. Admittedly I did resort to wearing ponies when I haven't been bothered to style my hair in other ways. I have to really carefully consider my styling options and ensure that I reduce the stress on my hair as much as possible.

I'll have to get my oils back out, straight castor oil really worked for me; will use some tonight.
How did u sort out the problem?

I didn't wear my hair in pony's at all. I really upped my protein, very consistent with the supplements and castor oil. JBCO is better but I can't take the smell of that. I guess I could buy the scented one though.
Protein intake or topical? @LushLox

I keep cutting my hair because of this. The only time I didn't suffer from this is when I was relaxed.:cry3:

Just don't splip your hair in the back FOR ANY REASON. When you comb, comb left back side, middle back, and right back side. Also when you sleep, make sure the back is gathered together, not split.
