I'm tryna' get a item replaced that was leaking/spilled and dripping. :angry2:

And it was the most expensive product I bought this BF.:eek:

So until that matter is resolved, I won't be able to relax.

I read about those LRC shenanigans smh. I am really surprised there was no protective seal on those bottles. not just for shipping , but sanitary reasons too.
 
Good: Already received Hattache and got a free sample even though I only got one item. Definitely buying from there again. Also got all of my non-hair purchases including a lovely peacoat from modcloth.
Bad: Me being impatient for apb and bekura goodies. It wasn't a tiny order and with all the customization I know apb will take a while but where's bekura?
Ugly: Wanting to put in another apb and hattache order outside of sales. Didn't get any slaps :/
 
The Ugly:
Contacting vendors to remind them of their shipment fulfillment policies and threatening to call your bank because they aren't moving your items. I get it, it's the holidays, but your a big enough company. Actually, big enough companies.

If an Etsy vendor can apologize for not getting my orders out yesterday but promise it will happen over the weekend with 1-2 more weeks to actually fulfill my orders when it's only her, then you with your established company can do better. Way better.

Do not act brand new.

GOOD: I received somebody else's order, but the products I received smell wonderful and I have never tried them before. Plus, the company is mailing my products out ASAP.
GOOD
1. I notified the company that I received the incorrect order on last Saturday and I received my correct order today.
2. I ordered products from 5 companies on Thanksgiving and I received my products today.
3. I ordered from 1 company on cyber Monday and received my product today.

I'm wearing my Slap this morning because it's drizzling in NY. On my commute I ran into a pair of sisters who were also wearing Slaps! They also complained about the BF code. :giggle:

@trclemons Did you make an order with the 20% code last weekend?
 
@NappyNelle, @trclemons, @ms.blue, @Daina, I didn't have any issues during BF because I ordered enough SLAPs to get free shipping. However, I too was under the impression it was free shipping for everyone with no minimum order limit.
I didn't have issues either because at the time I ordered, the option was still there. Some of my fb friends had issues though but it seems it was rectified.
 
@NappyNelle, @trclemons, @ms.blue, @divachyk - yeah I guess someone was monitoring the site because when I clicked out of my order once they removed the free shipping they immediately sent me an email asking why. They offered to fix it but I was too annoyed by then and didn't complete. They sent me a 30% off coupon for future use, I hate when a company does the bait and switch - I have no problem walking away, I've abandoned many a cart because of such foolishness!

Really? For real!! I did not see that. I guess if I did it wouldn't have made a difference because I have wanted to try their products but dang!

I order the special they had for the COILEMENTS Winter Care Bundle for $30 and it said at the bottom of the description as to what was in the bundle that it ships 12/09 in red. I just went and look again and it's still there. I got six other items besides the bundle so I'm hoping they ship it all together.
