@IDareT'sHair Oh wow  I would have been mad too smh. My issues have been with her shipping. This is my second time ordering since early last year I think. My hair is picky but the products I've used so far work well.

If I need anything right away, I still will stick with Hattache even though they don't have major sales their shipping is on point.

I'm preparing to self relax for the first time so have been buying supplies:

Aphogee 2 minute
Elasta QP neutralising shampoo
ORS creamy aloe (for the chelating properties)
Motions moisture plus
Beautiful beginnings relaxer.

Still eyeing up online but not sure if they'd arrive in time:

Profectiv neutralising mousse
Garnier fructis 3 min undo dryness
Shower filter (will definitely order at some point regardless)
Elasta QP DPR.

I brought kckt and kccc for the first time. I used it and I'm pleased with it so far. I not especially bothered by my shrinkage but my hair seems to be hanging today. I will have to use it a couple more times to see if I've found something that gives me some hang time. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this.

From ulta's buy 2 get one free sale plus for 3x points

When I tried using that Paul Mitchell Tea Tree line, I suffered crazy shedding. Never happens to you?

Ors hair fertilizer serum. I'm having issues at my crown again. It's thinning out maybe I tend to part down the middle plus I tend to scratch there a lot. I had an issue yrs ago but the hair filled in so I hope it will fill in again.

So I just returned the paul mitchell tea tree lavender mint (not) moisturizing shampoo and picked up another tea tree lavender mint moisturizing conditioner
Paul Mitchell moisture mist
Liter of Devacare one conditioner got a free devacare gel
And got a travel size of the pureology hydrating shampoo and conditioner

I tried a cone and I liked it. After years of no cones I decided to try Loreal's Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm and the Extraordinay Oil for dry/course hair. I love it!! I'm trying to keep from buying a ton of it because I really want to see how my hair does long term with the cones.
