I heart skipped a beat when I saw it because I was already planning a trip. Now I'm about to go in! I need to stock up on my braid regimen products.

Well, I went up to the counter and it didn't ring up so I assumed she knew what she was talking about... I will say, though, I was so ready to climb across the counter to make sure that she was telling the truth because I refused to believe it :lol: I even called the 1 800 number while standing at the counter and that lady didn't seem like she was all there... she said if there's no coupon code then it doesn't work in the store... like, what :perplexed:

Edit: I was trying to check their website for the code and the website doesn't work on phones and the lady at the counter nor the 1800 number were helpful, just as an fyi. You are right... I'll just leave the coupon code here so no one else has a problem but it's on their facebook, just in case you get a stupid rep :lol: :

This is why I can't stand their sales reps. It's like their all simple to the happenings of their company. I was told something similar in the past and emailed the company.

I talked to the rep on the phone just now and told her about the problem.... She said she would address it with the store manager to make sure people were more informed about what's going on... she's a nice lady and offered to cancel my order but it's not worth my time and gas to go back up there just to save $6 on shipping :lol:
 
I mentioned in another thread that I was just there yesterday for their BOGO nail polish sale, now this. They just want all my money, dont they. :mad::mad::mad:

Dang all hair conditioners, shampoos, etc! I thought it was just for SM. Dang this security breach cause I surely was going to order online! Surely don't feel like going to the teller!
 
I made sure I read the fine print so I don't get any hell from a sales rep. They say 2 free products per transaction, not customer, so buy as much as you want. Also, there is nothing that says the offer can't be combined with other discounts.
 
Leave it to Sallys to make what should have been a simple trip a pain in the arse. The sales rep hadn't heard about the sale and I had to pull out the code then it would discount the lower priced products and not the higher. Overall, I only got 4 bottles of braid spray, but I'm not tripping because it's only 2.69 per bottle. But I was devastated to find that the sale rep said that Infusium 23 is discontinued, I promptly emailed the company and hopefully it's not true. I'm about to take adavantage of this sale and buy 4 containers even if it's not discontinued.
 
They are NOT advertising this sale in store and will not honor it to customers who don't know about it. Once I asked about it they honored it but gave me hell at checkout and would only let me get 2 of the same brand BOGO. I wanted to tell everyone in the aisle with me... but then I was like "Nah, they don't want these PJ problems".. lol

I ended up getting 2 products from the Design Essentials line, the new SheaMoisture professional co wash and leave in, Xtreme Gel, Argan Oil hair color and some Wild Growth Oil.

My local sallys knew about the sale. They just wouldn't let me do multiple transactions, said I could only get two freebies and I would have to do an second trip tomorrow. We will see, I got some alikay naturals but I also wanted some design essential stuff
