In Silver Spring there is a beauty supply store in Wheaton Mall that always has it. Its also at the beauty supply store in PG Plaza if you can get ti Hyattsville. HTH!

Check out that health food store in Hyde park, and Walmart carries it the haircare isle. Also that beauty supply store that is big off of stony island. can't think of the names, but I will be back. I don't know if you are will to ride out to the burbs, but if so, pm me.
