My hair prob hates me right now.

MAJOR HIT
Jakeala Tutti Honey DC

I have tried this DC three times mixed in three different DC's. This stuff has tremendously increased the softeness and I have been able to have lasting moisture for days.

It's getting to the point where I don't want to wash my hair because it's so soft & moisturized although it's been days and days since I've washed my hair.

So far I have mixed it in the following DC's:
APB Blueberry DC
JessiCurl DT
Silk Dreams Shea What Deux

These DC's are great on their own but adding two teaspoons of Jakeala's Tutti Honey DC to them as increased my moisture retention 100 fold.

Please don't sleep on this DC

Beamodel nice review. Ok, now I gotta try this. It's just chillin in my stash next to the YAM. Yeah I categorize em like that. :look:

Hit: Flaxseed gel! I use a little over a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of seeds so it's very watery (slightly thinner than egg whites)

-Soft hold
-High Shine
-Cheap

HIT:

MHC Buttery Soy Creme. This stuff is the business. Why did I not buy this before. Love the texture. Love the way that it makes my hair feel. Love. Love. Love.

APB White Chocolate Mousse Moisturizing Hair Mask
This stuff made my hair fabulous! I steamed with it after doing a Komaza Protein Treatment and my hair is like buttah. Nice and moisturized with a deep sheen before I had even put any creme on my hair.

Komaza Protein Treatment.
My hair feels strong, but with no dryness.

Major Miss:
Free tress Cuban twist hair : this hair is HORRIBLE, feels so rough, stringy and nappy, Not for crochet braid!! Terrible, don't waste ur money on this hot mess of hair
Sent from my iPad Air using LHCF

I truly like YAM, however Jakeala Tutti Honey performs and moisturizes better IMO. Please report back once you've tried it.

I don't know if I ever want to DC again, without adding a teaspoon or two of this to my main DC.

Very interest and nice review on this product.:yep:

And you can almost get x2 Jars of Jakeala for the price of x1 YAM.

Hit: The conditioner
Meh: The shampoo

Let me start off by saying….I only bought them bc they were half off. Saving money is important too ya know. :look:

Anyway back to the review. I love this stuff! Pleasantly surprised. I know I already have tons of stuff but I wanted a drugstore shampoo. But I didn't want to get one and not the other so I got the conditioner too. The shampoo is like Joico Moisture Recovery poo for me. It moisturizes a little bit (not like my HG Keracare but close). I applied the shampoo to regular hair (no prepoo, dilution, or hot oil like I normally do) bc I wanted to see how my hair responded to the shampoo alone. Has sulfates so it cleansed my hair well. Also has protein which I like. Lather, rinse, repeat was too much for my hair apparently. So I applied the conditioner (no additives) bc I wanted to see what it would do. It melted into my hair. Gave good slip, helped with detangling. I like it a LOT.

A mild protein conditioner that also has slip -- love that! :yep:

Continued hits:

Headwraps as a protective style
Dudu Osum Herbal shampoo
Aloe Vera Juice mixed with water for a daily spritz

Hit:
Naturellegrow pumpkin seed creamy whipped hair butter. It works well with my moisturizer of the moment (PBN murumuru moisture milk), it went on smooth and left no residue. So far it's been keeping my hair very soft.
I wish the fragrance was more pleasant. It isn't bad; it smells like raw shea butter with a faint fragrance. It does fade away.
It is very whipped and airy, so this 4 oz jar will not last as long as expected. It isn't a must have, but I wouldn't mind repurchase during a sale once I run out.

Hit: Using VO5 Kiwi Clarifying Conditioner as a shampoo. My hair is so much more soft than just doing a regular cowash! It added shine too, since the other conditioner made my hair soft but a little but dull. Good stuff.

Miss: Brambleberry hazelnut toffee FO

Here's the description from the site: ...this warm and toasty fragrance smells delightful out of the bottle and even better in soap. Roasted warm hazelnuts meld beautifully with the sultry notes of Madagascar vanilla and supporting notes of marshmallow fluff, butterscotch taffy, caramel, and a touch of golden walnut butter and shea nut round out this crowd pleaser of a fragrance.

That ^^^ is a lie. That's all Ima say. I got 2 oz of this stuff and don't know what to do with it. Ugh.

Miss: Matrix Biolage Detangling Solution

It didn't really do anything. In fact, when I co-washed out the oil/deep conditioner I had in my hair, it seems like it reversed the affects a little bit. :( Will not be co-washing or anything else with this... It seems they reformulated it a few years ago because A LOT of people were complaining that they don't have the "blue formula" they used to have anymore and that this new white one doesn't work. Well, I have the white and it didn't work for me.

Hit: Deep Steep Weightless Moisture Conditioner

Great, all natural ingredient listing and it made my hair SUPER soft. I actually like all their conditioners. They're a little bit expensive but I got them from TJ Maxx for $6.99 each (10oz) and they all work well.

Their bath products are good too. Here's the website... they have ingredient listings and all:

Mega hit: Megatek!!!! My hair loves this. Makes it soft and increases growth! When I apply it to my scalp and massage it in some gets on my hair and it just starts singing! Especially my ends!

Hit:Soultanicals curly dew earthy poo it didn't leave my hair stripped or dry.
I'll def but it again and I placed my order on the 1st(during a sale) and received it on the 14th so that's not bad.
Now I wish I had ordered more stuff.

Hit: APB's Green Powerhouse Oil in Cherry mixed with water as a refresher spray

This makes my twists really soft. It also soothes my scalp which is weird but I'll take it. :yep:

Hit: BellezzaNaturaleSkin hair and skin spray. Check this out if you are looking for a liquid leave in that doesn't contain aloe or glycerin, leaves hair soft and moisturized, and smells great.

Continued hit: BASK Apple and Sorghum syrup. I really can't believe how soft my hair has been since using this to heavy seal.
