This sounds like me last year BF.
I received shipping notice from AfroVeda, and my fool self thought they had made a mistake and that I was going to receive free products:perplexed. Cause I just knowed I ain' ordered no AV. I was even going to email her and advise her of such:look:, I was 'bout to accuse someone of stealing my card # and erthang.:lol:

I checked Paypal, viewed what was ordered, then suddenly remembered that sure enough I had ordered from her. I had ordered so much stuff BF 2013 that I could not remember everything:blush:. I got a good chuckle at myself about this.

Yesterday, I finally received my order from Oyin.

Should be receiving bask/Bekura tomorrow.

Sarenzo was delivered today.

I got the snickerdoodle chocolate butter, buttercream cleansing cream, and body polish. Everything smells good. My butter was frozen solid but turned into a nice thick whipped consistency after sitting in front of the fireplace for a little bit. lol, Oh she almost included a few samples.
 
APB has created the mailing label. Hopefully, she will take my box to the post office soon. I need the before the week of Christmas.

Still no word from HairVeda. Lord why did I buy from that company.
 
I had a very good experience with Pampered and Twisted, overall.

They mailed my BF stuff to the wrong address so not only is she going to reship my stuff to me but she is also providing me a full refund. She came up with that solution without any prompting from me. I *love* good customer service! :clap:

Now I just need to actually get my stuff.
 
Well I have finally gotten shipping notifications from Cream and Coco, Hairveda, and my last Oyin order.

As far as shipping is concerned, pretty much everyone I ordered from I would order from again.

Like I said before, I more than likely will not be ordering from Cream and Coco again because of my replacement, and Hairveda...I forgot, I can also get that from Hattache if I like the Whipped Gelly (which I ordered).

I finally received my Oyin Handmade order. Kicking myself for not getting some Honey Water, 16oz of Noashatall and liters of Frank Juice & Hair Dew. That 25% off+ free shipping was a great deal.

I received my Hairitage Hydration order today...don't judge me.

The last thing that I am waiting on is my Hairveda order...jeez. I ordered a Nutri Bullet earlier this week on I will get it on Tuesday of next week.

APB's customer service - I contacted Erica because the pomades I received were not as expected. I ordered the Ayurvedic and Hibiscus/Fenugreek and they were both colorless, unscented, and have no specks of ingredients in them. OTOH, this is my first pomade order, so maybe none of the formulations had visible ingredients and I'm too used to Blue Magic herbal :look:

She stated she recently changed the pomade formulas to unscented and offered to replace them. I will not order these again, but she has great service!

Hello,

The formulation for the pomades has not changed other than eliminating the fragrance oil. Depending upon which variation of the pomade you order there may or may not be visible herbs. I always inform customers of any potential formation changes prior to sale. I hope this helps.

Soultanicals has printed a label a few days ago, but USPS doesn't show that the package has actually shipped yet. I hate when companies do that!
 
Got my Annabelle's today!! :D Everything was packaged perfectly and nothing spilled. It was a little difficult to open my hair butters the tops were screwed on so tight! All the fragrances smell pleasant and light. She included a nicely sized sample of her body lotion in unscented!

Still waiting on Claudie's and Silk Dreams.

hope i get them before Christmas. :look:

My Shescentit arrived. That may be it for this year. I have a small stash at this point but I am having installs next year. It will last me a good while.:yep:
 
The postman delivered my Claudie's package today around noon. I like her new packaging , but for some reason I'm not impressed with the products or scents. The Iman Hair and Scalp Butter is rock solid hard. I mean it looks like a grease, but I needed to use a plastic spoon to get it out of the jar and then rub it in my palms to melt. I will let it sit at room temp for a day or so.

I asked her to lightly scent my products and she responded to my request that she would. However, only 2 out of 5 products are scented and one of those smells like Play-doh:(

I guess compared to all of my other BF purchases, this one is a disappointment.

This is really actually more like a Grease than a Butter.

A day or two at room temperature should do it. I like this.:lick:

I try to get most of my stuff unscented. Your disappointment is unfortunate:sad:

I didn't know what to expect about the Iman Butter. I really want to like this product b/c the ingredients are all That. I will use it as a grease on my scalp or seal my ends with it once it softens.

I really think you would like it as this. This is exactly how I use it.:yep:

It was part of a Private Collection that she made for 'special clients' who had/have Hair Loss, Breakage etc.....various problems.

When I told her about a particular issue I was having, she sent me a 'sample' and I asked if she would start selling/listing it for purchase.

I'll be interested to see your review once you start using it on your scalp (on the regular).

I remember when Babygrowth SO had her jar and it got confiscated at the Check-point she was ready to clown him.:lol:

Ok, good to know. This is my second time ordering from her. I didn't know about the scents when I ordered the first time. Except for the braid spray and Satin Daily Moisturizer, I gave everything else away. It was just too much.
She is a sweetheart. I like that she refunded me $1.99 for shipping.

I'm going to finish out this SSI Coriander Fig Balm before digging into this "on the regular" .
