Megatek Profectiv is a good on the ground medium protein I've used.
I've heard ladies use Aphogee 2 Step from Sally's. I've never used it, but I believe it's a heavy protein.
My personal favorite is SheScentIt's Okra Reconstructor. I would consider it medium protein. My hair always does well with medium proteins as protein treatments, I've never had to use a heavy duty one. I am natural by the way.
When I was relaxed, I know that when I used the ORS Mayo DC or Motions CPR DC, my hair always felt like a brick. I'm pretty sure that meant those are heavy protein DCs.
So it sort of matters if you are going for heavy, medium, or light protein.
Hairveda Acai Berry Phyto
Hairveda Moisture Pro
Curl Junkie Repair Me
Aubrey Organics Island Naturals Replenishing Conditioner
Aubrey Organics GPB
Aubrey Organics Blue Green Algae
Purabody chocolate hair smoothie
Silk Dreams Vanilla Silk
Most of these are lighter, except the Blue Green Algae and GPB. They were too much for my hair and made my hair hard.
I'm natural. When I was relaxed, I used ORS hair mayo and Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor. The Aphogee 2 step is also good if you need extreme protein. I didn't.
