I usually gel & slick down with a toothbrush so they don't look too bad, but I need a solution to this issue.

Divine Inspiration I lay my edges down with a scarf almost twice a day. Are you thinking that it causes breakage? I never thought of giving the scarf a break.

Yes. The scarf restricts circulation and creates friction on a fragile area - bthy of these issues contribute to thinning temples. If hair breakage during slumber is a concern, invest in a satin pillow case.

Try skipping the scarf for 3 weeks. Take before and after pics so you can observe what's happening.

Massage your edges with jbco or your favorite carrier oil mixed with an essential oil. Do it daily for a month and see what happens. Nioxin follicle booster is expensive, but it grew back my edges after postpartum shedding left me with a patchy hairline. I bought it from my salon, but im sure amazon has it. Good luck

I agree with the others that suggested massaging your edges. Also, not everyone's hairline will be straight. I have a full hairline but fuzzy edges. I just accept them. LOL!
