Loose weight! I really need to get consistent with my diet and exercise. I don't even want to call it a diet but more of a life change.

I must:

-Curb my pj-ism. I still want to try new things but I hate when I have products sitting for months with little use.
- Find my moisture/protein balance. I thought I had it. Not so sure now.

Avoid set-backs
Do what I did in 2013 *whatever that was*:look:
Stay up on Protein/Moisture Balance
Reduce my Stash:lol:...

In 2014:

I need to stop being hair lazy
Perfect my twistouts
Continue with my healthy lifestyle, ie eating right. green smoothies, vitamins and regular exercise

Get my 2nd set of locs
better documentation of my 2nd loc journey
Once my locs get a little longer try different styles.

Jan 1 I'm not buy no more hair products
I'm going to use what I have for 6 mths.

But I do have wen on auto ship every 6 mths dec and jun

The three things I should do this year are: exercise with cardiovascular and weight training 3x a week instead of just one time a week; stop messing with my hair just for the sake of it; take photos of my hair monthly or every other month so I can see how much it has grown rather than speculate.

I also want to give up being a starchitarian and become a better vegitarian by actually eating 90-100% fruits and vegetables. Eating eggos and pancakes with syrup all the time does not count as being a vegetarian.

Two trims
More protein (Keep monthly treatments)
Monthly henna treatments
Achieve my goal of WL hair
Maintain daily Biotin intake of 2500 mcg until satisfied, then lower to 1000 mcg, if possible

:giggle: You sound like my godmother, talking 'bout she a vegetarian when all I ever see her eat is chips.

Trim all my bonelaxed ends off

Stop sleeping in my bun - the hair on my edges is 3 inches long and the rest of my hair is 16.

Try rollersetting. At a minimum ponytail rollersetting.

1. Stick to product staples
2. Trim ends (I'm :yep: and  at the same time about this)
3. L-C-O consistently
4. Photograph/ film progress

1) No more trims or cuts!! I MEAN IT! I cut my hair 3 times this year :nono:
2) Rinsing and restyling my hair 2x/week at least
3) DCing every 7-10 days
4) Give my hair a good break from twisting or braiding

I also want to keep a hair journal and to take pics monthly to see my progress. Except when in kinky twist or some other protective style, then ill take pics after I take them out

1. Stretch my wash/detangle/manipulate sessions from once a week to bi-weekly.
2. Keep up healthy eating habits and working out.

1. Maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes well balanced meals, exercise, and plenty of rest.

2. Continue with my current schedule of co-washing (Tuesday) and washing (Saturday).

3. M&S nightly.

4. Refrain from buying everything that gets a good review in the forum and stick with the products that I know work for me.

5. Gain control over my PJism. Challenging myself in 2014 to use up most of my stash (at least put a dent in it).

1) Deliver a healthy baby in May and successfully breastfeed that little one.
2) Continue to keep in either braids or sew-in's through out 2014 because of number 1 above.
3) Do my annual trim at the salon in August.

2014:

Stay consistent with vitamins
40+oz of water daily
Stick with monthly inversions
No new products- stick with what works
Back to 12-14 week TU
