What do you think about rice bran oil?

What has your experience with it been like? And how does it compare to other oils?

I don't like using oils on my hair anymore so I stopped using it but otherwise if you like oils with no smell that are not too heavy then you will like it.

I like it. I was using it with my Leave-In, but ran out.

If I weren't so top-heavy with other Oils right now, I'd replace it in a Heartbeat.

Great Oil.

I like it on my hair and as part of my food. It is a part of my oil mix. It is nice and light.

I like it too due to the ceramide content. It's a light oil.. Lita uses it often as well, I'm sure she can add some further benefits...

Hi! It's my staple oil..You can use it year round, great for sealing, using it after your wash/dc,plays well with other products, can add it to your leave-in or Dc,smooths out the ruff areas on your hair & it's a cerimide..

Happy Hair Growing!

Should i use a ceramide oil for a little while before trimming some rough ends, just in case my cuticles are not closing properly?

I LOVE rice bran oil. I use it as a moisturizer for my body, face and seal my hair with it. I used it as the base for my ayurvedic oils as well.

I absolutely love rice bran oil!!! I always use it in my home-made body creams. It softens your skin and moisturises without being greasy.
Never used it on my hair but may try one day.

Depends. Do you air dry a lot. Ceramides are great for those who air dry frequently.

Rice bran oil is a nice light oil though. I highly recommend to any hair type.

Please excuse my iPhone

Rice bran is my staple oil! My hair loves it :yep:

Honestly I have little to no splits since using it and it has a high flash point so I use it to straighten my hair
