The YT comments state that it was a real place of business and Jarrell's was the best place to go for a curl. Also states, he was on "dip", I'm guessing that's some type of drug.

Oh yeah I read that also in the comments about dip. Dip back in jersey in cigarettes dipped in embalmment fluid, but I didn't know it went all the way til back then
