I ordered from Soultanicals August 3. I emailed Tuesday (business day #7, on the site it says 5-7 business days to process with 7-10 during sales) and was told my order would be shipped Thursday.

I didn't receive any information yesterday and today I asked about a tracking number. Received a reply w a number saying my order was actually picked up and sent out today.

I'm usually a patient person, but I'm not too impressed thus far. I should have paid more attention to what others said. I understand that during sales and whatnot orders take longer, but if that's an issue then maybe having sales so often isn't the best idea...

I hope the Knot Sauce is amazing to be worth it haha

^^Just asking because she has so many sales, she will probably have a hard time getting anyone to buy from her at full price. Also she seems to have a hard time getting things out when she does have her numerous sales.

It doesn't seem well thought out, but she knows her numbers so I guess it is working. Good for the customers though

I was going to get the hibiscus to ride your coattails, trying to get the black/chocolate cherry results you've been getting with the henna treatments. I feel like a cat sometimes with shedding, so I was going to get the bhringraj/maka powder, so I could attempt to make my own hair fall mix for pre-poos/HOTs using EVCO as the base. Bhringraj/maka is suppose to be the "holy grail" of Ayurvedic herbs when it comes to preventing hair fall/shedding.
