so excited got my first wig today

The first one is a short wig my friend made for me I used the spandex dome cap so it does not bother my edges

the second one I got from a bsw store but it has clips in it and it nd of bothers me what can I do about it

I'm not really liking the short wig... Or maybe I don't like it with the glasses. Kinda witness protection-y.

The curly one is cute though! What's the name and brand? Is it human hair?

I think both wigs are adorable; I'm planning on attempting to make a short wig soon. As far as making the one with the combs more comfortable, you could cut out the combs then use bobby pins to secure it along with the adjustable strap in the back.

I like them both. The first looks like a night on the town, summer by the pool, celebrity look. The second has an office, court reporter, church wig type of feel to me.

And ghanagirl23, what is this spandex dome cap you speak of? Sounds like something I need.

Wigs are a great protective style... I tried a halfwig a few years ago and was hooked ever since. For the clips, try securing the wig with bobby pins instead.

I don't like the way the first wig lays. It definitely screams WIG, lol. Maybe if it is pulled back or something, IDK. It could be the angle of the picture that is throwing me off though...

yeah the first one is very "wiggy" whereas the second one looks more natural .Cute !
