ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh I kneeeeeeeeeeeeeeew itttttttttt!!! When people are being shady, they get very defensive and either lash out and/or come up with a sob story.

Ole girl did both and now she tried to dip out with folks money. WOW. Okay. So not surprised.

Awe man Brownie518. That's fugged up. I wonder what PayPal can actually do for you and/or others who never got their products.

This reminds me of Enso Naturals. Taking money, closing up shop and not delivering products.

Has it been less than 45 days? If it has and she doesn't respond, you will get your money back via PayPal. I really hope you do. I'm sorry to you and anyone else who was ripped off by this woman. That makes no sense.

The sad part is that there are actually honest, hardworking people starting or running small businesses and this kind of mess makes potential new customers weary about dealing with them. It seems like to me you would make more money by just fulfilling orders and getting return customers as opposed to ripping people off.

If she found herself overwhelmed by the response of the orders and couldn't fill them in a timely manner by yourself, then HIRE AN EMPLOYEE!!! It could've been a part time employee who only works a few hours a week or only during her sales.

I'll never understand why people do this.
 
I think PayPal will still issue a refund even if the Seller fails to respond ... that's supposed to be one of the perks of using their service... I think ...

According to PayPal, she has until Jan 30th to respond to my Escalated Claim...I know she won't :nono:...so I'm hoping they will just refund my money by Feb

Yes. They would also do it if there is no money in her account.

She will not be able to open another PayPal account unless she uses someone else's information. I have a PayPal business account and I had to submit my social security number along with other information to have a verified account. With an unverified account, there are certain restrictions like how much money you can receive and how much you can withdraw from your PayPal account.

UPDATE:

Welp....My case is officially closed...since she never responded to my claim, PayPal has decided in my favor .... They will be refunding my money within 5-7 days :grin:

I truly hope everyone who ordered from this woman (lurkers & all :yep:) who did not receive their goods will open a dispute-claim through PayPal. Like the ladies have stated above, they guarantee to refund your money regardless of whether or not she pays up and this is what they stated in their email to me:

"If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges."

Even though there are always loop holes for scam artists to go through, I really hope she won't be able to do this again :nono:
