Hmm, just baggied with cholesterol. I used to do this before, and I experienced beautiful growth then. But then I fell off.:ohwell:
I'm back though! LOL

I also ponytail baggy. I'll moisturize my ends w/ UBH Moisturizer and seal w/ evoo or JBCO. I'll wrap my tails in rollers and wrap them in sand which bags or plastic shower cap. My ponytail is so soft w/ a nice bump.

However, when I do a whole head baggy, my roots get damp/wet and extremely poofy from all the steam. How do you do a whole head baggy w/o giving urself a steam treatment?

I baggy with nothing most nights for that last few years. It does seem to get the sebum going. I don't mind a certain amount of puffiness at the roots, but I do prep my hair at night to maintain stretch with braids or twists and even scrunchies to keep shrinkage at bay. I haven't baggied loose hair since I grew out of my TWA

I tie on a satin scarf, then plastic cap, then a satin bonnet. Hair will be moist but not wet because the scarf is soaking up some of the wetness. You could also use two satin caps instead the scarf if it works better for you.

When I started I would baggy every night with nothing extra on my hair. But I received a lot of shedding and soggy feeling hair. My hair was always limp and struggled basically. So I wouldn't suggest doing it every night to begin with and then adjust to your hairs needs.

If my ends are in bad shape then I baggy my ponytails with coconut oil. Otherwise I don't add anything and baggy whatever style I'm rocking. I've only been using the GHE method for a week so I can't remark on the growth just yet, but it definitely keeps my hair moisturized for the next day.
