First off, I know how handmade stuff goes. I've been selling shea butter with SO for the past...hell, since we've been together.

We've had some crazy ole customers and YES although we might think that they need to go take a chill pill, we eat a big ole piece of humble pie.

It's that funky ole attitude that I can't dig, and I don't give a damn where it comes from. I went to Subway to buy a sandwich, asked for extra olives and he put 2 more on, and then got huffy with me. We walked right out and he lost money--why? For being STANK.

She definitely isn't getting my money, and I'm not sorry.
 
I knew 'the real her' would eventually come out. I just hope everyone gets their products and that they are satisfactory and w/o incident.:ohwell:

I was beginning to think it was akin to a Ponzie scheme, where orders had to be always coming in to fulfill orders that were in etc...etc...etc...

Because I felt and this is (JMO) that she was spending the money and running out of money which was causing the lengthy delays.

I shared that in another thread and it's just my own Personal Opinion because something just did not seem right with 1) the delay 2) the attitude.:blush:

And I thought perhaps she was mixing the business money with her personal money and coming up short. Again, this was just my own personal observation.

Just my Theory because something was definitely 'off' and um yes....I "Understand The Process":nono:
 
OK....I talk to Denise today and she said that a "Mass" Shipment would be sent out on Monday. Hopefully we can all get our stuff and move on :yep:. When I received my last order, I most likely won't be ordering again.....I can't get with these long processing periods.
 
I got my order this afternoon. Her processing time for me has been reasonable compared to other vendors who took 3-4 weeks before sending me my products. Her attitude is what I don't like. We work hard for our money. She's not doing us any favors.
 
At this point I dont even want it, I did email for a refund, I can just slap myself because when Idare says a vendor had/has poor CS trust and believe its real. why o why did I not listen.. (that root food was calling me..lol).. I will spend that money somewhere else.. Soultanicals, Claudie's Hair Revitalizer...here I come
 
NappyRina IMO she's most likely using a company to make her products. Most vendors do and it's good business sense because a warehouse will make a consistent product with the right amount of ingredients. These handmade products are massed produced by most of our favorite online vendors.

My guess is that she had a sale, THEN placed the order with the warehouse. The turn around time is 4-6 weeks to get your shipment. Then she had 2000 orders to figure out and ship to everyone. I hope she didn't use the money before placing the order. It would explain the second sale tho.

I'm sure you guys will get the products soon. BTW I'm always afraid to complain to these small companies. I'm afraid they'll put Nair in my deep conditioner LOL

Imoan Let us know if you are issued a Refund. I'd hafta' say um....No, it won't happen.

She'll pull what she pulled on Kurlee and issue a Delivery Confirmation.

I will but I kinda afraid to even use it, after reading what BostonMaria said, and the way Denise Jackson stank attitude is.. hmmmm nah boo

You know its not some much the wait time, its here whole attitude about it, you can't email her for update w/o attitude, she WON'T email you back , I am not cool about a mass email when I email you personally about my stuff I paid for, You can feel her huffing and puffing through her response...

Wow, geez.. How do you know the products are ok, I mean she might spit in it or etc and sit back laughing.. If a person asks for a refund or paypal dispute and U send them products intead makes me wonder BIG TIME!!! People can be evil these days.. I have learned my lesson.....I will check reviews, CS remarks, vendor most be established for at least 1 year before I order....... and to think I started feeling sorry for her..

Yea if she did send my products they would go right in the trash. I would just have to take a loss and learn a lesson.

She did the same thing to me, the 1st time I filed a PayPal Dispute. She sent the tracking # (although she ignored my constant emails and it took about 45 days before she finally acted).

So, I called PayPal and he told me when they arrive, I could re-file something like: "Items Not as described" - So when they arrived, I did that and my money was refunded via PayPal. Not from her, but directly from PayPal.
