I should be studying for my finals right now, but I can't concentrate so I figure I'd re-subscribe. I had to take a break this semester cause I had so much going on.
Last semester, work, volunteer stuff and I was in the Alpha sponsored Miss Black and Gold pageant at my school. I won. Imagine lil ole ratchet me winning a pageant. I couldn't believe it either.

in the next few months:
-going to the district pageant competition. eek! i'm so scurred.
-student teaching for a whole semester. i am beyond psyched and nervous.
-shaving my head after graduation. my hair (while it looks cute) is soo damaged it's not funny, i feel i've got to do it once in my life, so why not to commemorate the end of my undergrad years? fresh chapter of life, fresh fade.

that is all for now! i missed seeing the pics! that is honestly what drove me to pay lol.

What do you think caused the damage to your hair?

manter26, i think it's the combination of many damaging things: overlapping my color when i touch it up, general rough handling, overmanipulation, and lately,
no TLC. i don't remember the last time i DC'ed or did protein.
My hair is a trooper but I think I have pissed it off beyond repair this time.
