I started a thread here last week about this GREAT whipped butter that I made, I LOVE it but its very oily. It was making me break out so Ive been keeping my wng in a loose pony in the back.

So I went to the docs office yesterday and after my exam I stand up and start getting dressed and look over at the table...OMG I LEFT A HUGE SOUL GLOW SPOT ON THE PAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was MORTIFIED!!!! :eek2: The worst part is I didnt see it until after the doc, the tech and the nurse had already left the room. I grabbed my stuff and ran!!!

LOL! Now every time you go to the Dr's you will know who left the spot  It happens, now all you can do is laugh about it.

Periodically, this happens to me. It is common in medical care practices: dentist, medical exams, X-rays etc. Many folks use oils, gels, and mousses that leave stains on the table paper that's why it is replaced after each use. But I'm also self conscious and pull the paper off before leaving the exam room.

I have an extremely oily face (especially in the summer months) and I always leave tons of oil on the paper when I go to the chiropractor to have my back adjusted. You lay face down and I'm always amazed at how much oil I leave behind. I tear the paper off and throw it away on my way out the door.

wow, thats a LOT of oil!!! But then again I never do my hair in the morning so all the oils I use have a chance to absorb I guess. Im sure if I did M&S in the a.m. I'd be leaving soul glo spots everywhere too.

welllll have any of you ladies ever had someone say "excuse me mam but there is something running down your forehead"

That happened to me, I had just finished massaging some rosemary oil into my scalp when my ophthalmologists office called saying I had an appointment in like the next 30 mins. So i rushed and got ready and headed down there.

I was standing at the reception desk when i felt a little trickle and before I could wipe it away ... yep she saw it .... I was pretty embarrassed

OK I dont feel so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol when I was transitioning I used to do hot oil treatments every day; I sang in the band at church on Sundays and one Sunday I accidentally used way too much and could feel the oil dripping all over me while we were playing, it was so gross. And then one of my pastors went to hug me and I left an oil spot on his shirt. I quit life after that lol

And I have low porosity hair, so my wash and goes tend to take forever to dry especially in the winter. Last year I had dance class at 7 am so my hair was still wet when I got there. The first day of class the teacher made us do core work on the floor as a warm up - somebody thought the wet spot I left when we got up was sweat, they were like "dang!" That also happens sometimes in Pilates class, but it's all good then because we clean our own mats after class anyway.
