I know Sally's is getting more expensive. As far as Aphogee, it's in high demand, that's why they jacked the price up(can't say I really blame them). Imagine being a newbie to haircare and stumbling upon Ateyaa's infamous aphogee videos and being amazed by her hair. Of course you run out to get whatever products she is using(I imagine that's what's been happening)I know I did. That's why most people will say Aphogee owes Ateyaa some money.

Now where I live, the Asian or black owned bss's(whichever you prefer) usually has Aphogee sets(shampoo, two step, reconstructor, provitamin, green tea mist) for a good price. They let me bundle whatever products I need.
