@Ogoma, what didn't you like about the CJ curl creme lite? I was considering that.

Arian: I had to use a lot to get it to define anything and it only lasted for a day or so. At 8oz for $20, it was a huge disappointment.

aww you all are making me sad with shea moisture
the only product that i've tried that i didn't like was the raw shea masque

the raw shea conditioner was pretty good
and the curling souflee is ehhh but it makes my hair soft
and today i bought the african black soap elixir and it also made my hair soft :-[ but idk if it caused my scalp to be slight irritated (or the bee mine serum which i bought a sample size and will not be buying the oil version again ...my scalp hates oils)
