Because I'm thinking the sulphur is what does it. I have a oil mixture that came previously its avocado oil,bolive oil, rosemary oil, lemon oil, lavender oil, and peppermint oil

Are there any other places to get the sulfur other than Amazon? The sellers are wanting to charge me beyond an arm and a leg, it's almost not worth it!

The only other place I found the sulfur was at a compound pharmacy. I accidentally spotted it on a shelf when I was waiting for my prescription. I would check to see if you have one in your area...

I think Njoy's site is down because i happen to see the link on google while looking for the sulfur power and the site wouldnt load. NJoy im really curious as to how you prep your hair before adding this mix to it.

Me too. I purchased mine at one of the old traditional pharmacies, which back in the day were real compound pharmacies. Believe it or not it is the same pharmacist my Mom used to buy hers from, along with the old red rooster, cod liver oil, castor oil.

A member did post that their CVS pharmacist ordered it for them, but as a norm I would be surprised if a CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid would have it.

But if their is an old fashioned pharmacy in your area I would check their if you want to save shipping costs.

I've ordered sulfur from CVS. You have to order it from the pharmacy dept tho. It's less than 5 bucks a container (which lasts a long time).

I don't do anything to prep really. I just add it directly to my scalp before bed, massage it in a bit and put on a plastic cap to keep my pillow neat.

Now, when you first start using it, it's easy to overdo it with the oil and you'll have oil everywhere. Remember that a little goes a long way. I use a nozzled bottle to put a bit on, massage that in and then move on to another section. This way, you don't have oil running all down your scalp. I think the more you use it, you'll get used to how much to use.

Also, I cowash out the next day, also massaging my scalp (for stimulation under the shower water). Every few days, I do a scalp-only wash, alternating between sls and non-sls poos to get rid of any build up. Build up will inhbit absorption. Doing it this way, I've never had a problem with build up.
