She's trying to distract us with hair.![]()
I really like the highlights she had! What a shame to dye them black.
Is that Aunt Viv from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air?

What is she trying to distract us from?

She's so pretty she can pull off a lot of looks.
I never quite understand why she whacked all her hair off before. It looked cute though really short, and luckily for her the in-between-awkward stage didn't last long at all. It seems to be growing out well...
I would like to see her hair without it being diffused out with so much volume, as I've never seen it that way

she had so much heat damage her hair looked a mess. If you look at her first videos and then another video about her chopping you see the difference. It was her viewers to pointed out to her that her hair was so damaged and told her to stop using heat!
Ohhh, ok. I think I do remember her saying something about that.
She should lay off the blow-dryer/diffuser and just let her hair airdry. I never liked the way my hair felt after doing either of those things.
ScorpioRising said:It wasn't the diffuser on medium/low heat that caused damage it was her constantly blow drying and flat ironing to straighten her hair that caused it.
lol @ the distraction....the old bait and switch huh? But seriously, her hair grows at the speed of light. It would take most people twice as long to get to her current length. I could definitely BC after a year if my hair grew that fast!
I think she measured 9 inches from when she started but she started with 3 inches, I think. So, it seems its not about her growing more than average but she retains all that she grows.

Here's a video I think. She airdried. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEzgJFsQKcM&feature=plcp
I prefer the airdried with a little styling help.
I might have an unpopular opinion but I'm not a fan of the huge afro. I grew up in the 70s and had one so maybe that's why - it seems dated. It overwhelms her face too.
