I'm so sad and disappointed. My hair is in love. She has found her soul mate. The problem is I have been unable to find this product in the store. I went to 8 bss and only found 6 packs. I bought them all:look:. But no one knew when there would be more.

I contacted ORS. They gave me a list of places that is supposed to carry it, but none of them do:ohwell:. I think Im going to let this one go. The whole point is to find a conditioner I like that I don't have to order online.

But I feel your pain. Really no BSS carries it? I'd try Walmart, Walgreens etc maybe the bigger stores do carry it.

Also the list of stores that were supposed to carry them, are they BSS'? You can sometimes ask them if they're willing to stock a specific product :yep:
 
I thought maybe it's because it's new. I've been to several Sally's and they don't carry it. They said Target, Walmart, and some others, but I have been all those places and no luck. I only found it in the small bss where there's more weave hair than conditioners, lol. Even on Amazon they only have one box of 12 for $20 and $5 shipping. Ugh
 
I thought the jars were different than the packages. I see it's still new. I will keep searching it out and maybe if I hold on it will become very popular. Nothing has ever did my hair like this conditioner.
 
The same thing happened to my motions leave-in conditioner (spray) I looked everywhere I hadn't seen it at all but it finally reappeared 2 months later

@ Leona2025, i do not know where you live but i just saw this in the beauty supply store in atlanta, off campcreek. I bought one to try it.
 
Aww sorry OP that its not in your area. I was eyeballing this at my local BSS where they sell those packets. Hmm...
 
Hey, I saw tons of these at my local bss. If you want, I can get as many as you want and mail Tuesday 2 day or next day for under $10. My job gets deep shipping discount from carrier. PM me if it's a go.
 
OP, where do you live? This stuff is all over the DFW metroplex. I just bought a pack last week. I even saw it at one store for $.99 per pack. I think I paid $1.49 a pack. I know the company is doing an agressive marketing campaign. There is a product display at 3 bss within 5 miles of my home. I also purchased the HAIRepair Anti-breakage creme and I've received plenty of samples of other products. I think this product is only available in packets, not in jars.

lol I was asked by Johnson and Johnson to be a hair model, but I declined. OMG, y'all don't know how jealous I am of her for getting all those paks, Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I can't even find a few measly packs.

The thing I liked about this product was they way it made my hair feel. The slip was amazing. I airdry 99% of the time and I struggle with my hair feeling somewhat dry after a few days. After dcing with this my hair retained that moisturized soft feeling for at least a week and I was not adding any leave ins. It was the best my hair ever felt.

My hair tangles easy. This conditioner really did melt the tangles away. I have just about 5 packs left and I only use them on special occasions. Like if I plan to straighten, lol.
 
I'm actually upset. That's some bs, I contacted ors directly about this conditioner and they gave me a list of retailers and none of them had this. If I wanted to go around the world for conditioner I would stick with silicon mix:sad:
 
Sorry that ORS is giving you the run around OP. I bought two packs and used them both for one DC. Jury is still out cuz I'm trying so many things at ounces (sighs). But I do think I will try it again. It's at my local BS for $1.99 a pack.
 
When I was on vacation in the States, I spotted it at my local Duane Reade which has an ORS section. I also got many of those packets to take back with me.

I live in Houston and I have never seen a Duane reade. Most of the stores here have an ors section, but this particular conditioner of theirs is never there. The bss's that I go to have displays for this product, but they are empty and I've been checking for months. I emailed ORS again last night lol
