What is my Hair Type

I beleive 4a/b but I want some conformation, please? No product and either soaking wet, wet, or damp.

I would say 4A with high porosity, but the 4th pic looks 4B so idk. I think porosity would be more important to care.

Interesting, why do you say high porosity, I considered low-po, long time to dry, sensitive to protein, hair floated for hours, hair shaft feels smooth, and my ends stay dry and frizzy.

How can you tell porosity just by looking at it?

It looks spongy/frizzy, not uniform. The color is light as well and porous hair tends to get sun-bleached easier if that's not her natural color. Just a guess.

No you may be on to something, the light color is from Henna treatments and nothing I try works to stop the frizzy except a pomade. Just last night I cowashed and done nothing afterwards to see how my hair response and strangely enough my hair was dry in about 3 maybe 4 hours. Maybe today after my hair dries I will perform another strand test.

Also is spongy texture associated with with high porosity?? I may have answered my own question, a sponge soaks up products therefore the cuticle will have to be lifted constantly which means high porosity, Anyway I need to research.
