Decided to flat iron for my birthday... *PICS*

I big chopped to 4 inches of hair on April 5, 2010 after an 11 month transition. Today, 2 years, 2 months and 1 day later, I am about 3 inches or so from waist length, which is my goal length. I may go longer if I can. But I am really happy with my length right now. Here is the pic:
