dye my hair black either Henna and Indigo or Box color
Get my hair braided for wigging it for up to 3 weeks
use my curl formers for one week
get my hair braided again for vacation
deep condition at least 3 times
1. Be consistent with water and supplements intake.
2. weekly DC w/steam
3. wash/cowash as needed
4. low manip styles
5. M&S daily (or as needed)
6. Cut/trim 6/20
Keep up with my water intake.
Consistently take my supplements.
Keep PSs in for at least 1 week intervals preferably 2 week intervals
Wash and DC at least 2X
Gain at least 1/2 inch
~ D/C @ least 4x this month
~ co-wash two-three times per week
~ use oil mixture on my scalp every other day
~ continue PSing
~ detangle hair bi-weekly
drink plenty of water and take my vits
exercise 3 times a week
wash/dc/roller set every 3-4 days
stretch my relaxer another 4 weeks
moisturize and seal 1-2x a day, 2x a day if i am in the house.
stick with the same products for 30 days.
1. Cowash 1-2x per week
2. DC 1x per week
3. Stay strong and keep my braids that I wear under my upart wig in for the entire month +
4. Start taking MSM and being consistent with it

2. Henna Gloss 2x this month
3. Keep hair in a bun
4. Apply MN/MTG mix daily
5. Run a mile in less than 10 mins. before jrotc camp
this is a strech BUT 6. Grow/retain an inch from May. 20th to June 30th
- get a PS done and keep it in for 1 month
- use my MN mix every other day
- up my water intake
- cont to exercise & eat right
- don't buy any more products until I get rid of what I have

By june 30 I have to be on the 6 of my shirt, my last length check in april i was on the number 4
Clarify and DC under heat once week

Im really about to start going even harder on my hair. I already go kinda hard on it. Hopefully I dont get obsessed lol
ETA: Get 500 post on LHCF
-Continue bunning my hair everyday
-Tying my hair up at night every night

-Using sulfur
-Hoping to gain an inch this month, if not my usual 1/2 in will do
- Don't buy any products and continue to use up my stash
- Keep up exercise and cut out unhealthy snacking
- Maintain my hair regimen from last month with a few time-saving tweaks
