What are your goals for your hair this month?

My hair goals:
- dye black
- deep condition at least 3 times
- keep hair off shoulders most of the time
- oil ends at least every other day

dye my hair black either Henna and Indigo or Box color
Get my hair braided for wigging it for up to 3 weeks
use my curl formers for one week
get my hair braided again for vacation
deep condition at least 3 times :)

Enjoy my wigs
 
1. Be consistent with water and supplements intake.
2. weekly DC w/steam
3. wash/cowash as needed
4. low manip styles
5. M&S daily (or as needed)
6. Cut/trim 6/20
 
Keep up with my water intake.
Consistently take my supplements.
Keep PSs in for at least 1 week intervals preferably 2 week intervals
Wash and DC at least 2X
Gain at least 1/2 inch:)
 
~ D/C @ least 4x this month
~ co-wash two-three times per week
~ use oil mixture on my scalp every other day
~ continue PSing
~ detangle hair bi-weekly
 
drink plenty of water and take my vits
exercise 3 times a week
wash/dc/roller set every 3-4 days
stretch my relaxer another 4 weeks
moisturize and seal 1-2x a day, 2x a day if i am in the house.
stick with the same products for 30 days.
 
I have been slacking for the last 2-3 months,I need to get back to deep conditioning twice a week and moisturizing on a regular basis.
 
1. Cowash 1-2x per week
2. DC 1x per week
3. Stay strong and keep my braids that I wear under my upart wig in for the entire month +
4. Start taking MSM and being consistent with it
 
1. DC weekly
2. Henna Gloss 2x this month
3. Keep hair in a bun
4. Apply MN/MTG mix daily
5. Run a mile in less than 10 mins. before jrotc camp
this is a strech BUT 6. Grow/retain an inch from May. 20th to June 30th
 
- get a PS done and keep it in for 1 month
- use my MN mix every other day
- up my water intake
- cont to exercise & eat right
- don't buy any more products until I get rid of what I have
 
Absolutely no heat!
shampoo/dc no more than once a week
continue nightly moisturising & baggying
Make a new wig that wil last atleast a month
Continue daily PSing :)

Keep my hair twisted for entire month
No shampoo this month
Tea rinse weekly
Keep ends and edges moisturized
One PT, 3 DC
 
Get back on my water grind (1.5L a day)
Throw in more buns
Wash and DC 1x a week or 5-7 days
 
More water
By june 30 I have to be on the 6 of my shirt, my last length check in april i was on the number 4
Clarify and DC under heat once week
Reduce breakage
Eat Much Better (Green Smoothie Fast challenge)
Purchase Chloerra (spelling?)
Rinse/cowash daily

Im really about to start going even harder on my hair. I already go kinda hard on it. Hopefully I dont get obsessed lol
ETA: Get 500 post on LHCF
 
1. Take Biotin (5000 mg) every. single. day. :)

2. Up my water intake

3. Switch up from the 24/7 buns (Roller set for one week at a time; then bun; then roller set; then bun...)
 
-Continue bunning my hair everyday
-Tying my hair up at night every night
-Taking my supplements everyday
-Using sulfur
-Hoping to gain an inch this month, if not my usual 1/2 in will do
 
Give curly girl a try
cleanse with terressentials or rhassoul clay each week
take my vits
drink at least 64oz water daily

Go sit down somewhere girl! :lol: When that baby comes, you won't be thinking much about hair, you'll be so busy and in love. :love:

Try not to buy any products until July 4th (sales)
Spritz 2x Day
Retain
Take Vitamins
Keep Current Regimen
 
- Don't buy any products and continue to use up my stash
- Keep up exercise and cut out unhealthy snacking
- Maintain my hair regimen from last month with a few time-saving tweaks
 
To stop being hair lazy!!! I go through this every few months.

Fortunately, my hair doesn't suffer because I usually throw it in a bun. :ohwell:
