Cute! She's a cutie as well. I may try this. I know my texlaxed hair loved dry braid outs, but my natural hair doesn't seem to like braidouts, but I blame that on technique. I may try it this way tonight.

SN: I know I can't be the only one that lightly irons my shower curtains and regular curtains :look:. Am I? Quick run in the dryer on low, something!

ITA...Gorgeous braidout!!! Looks so simple, however I know what you mean regarding the french braiding. I bet you will do a beautiful job as well. :)

Wow your hair looks gorgeous in your siggy! Is that a braid out?

I'm getting a little better with the french braiding but I have been practicing on straight hair so it'll probably be a whole different ball game doing this on damp natural hair lol. If I chicken out I can always do individual braids and get the same look I hope.

Yes... This is a chunky braid out using large braids. Thanks for the lovely compliment!!!

With your beautiful hair, I know you will be successful. Please share once you have completed this. :)

Here hair is pretty! I never seen her on youtube. Thanks for sharing!

And I'm pretty sure you can achieve this style Pokahontas with success! :yep:

Her hair is pretty! *come on Nelle's Naps grow, grow, grow!*

ETA: Shoooot, I would wear those fresh braids out as well. Those look super cute! :yep:

My natural hair doesn't like braidouts either but it loves twist-outs. My problem is probably technique as well so I'm always trying different ways. I'm gonna have to remember to try to document what works because I'm determined to make it great lol.

I gotta get back into hair pics because I'm noticing that I'm forgetting what I did or what products I did to get the best results for a style.

I do my braids like this and there is always a gap between the two braid in the back and it's hard for me to blend the two sections.

I haven't taken pics in ages myself. I'm just not that into it anymore but like you said, I have a hard time remembering what I used with satisfactory results.

I don't like the braid out but I love her hair before the braids and in the braids.

Just curious but what don't you like about it? It's totally like my dream braid-out. You must've seen a really bangin one somewhere....point me in that direction!

I used to wear french braids like that all the time but I didn't get a braid out like that. I prob was using the wrong products.

It's flat (noodley up front) and wrinkly. I like uniform waves from braidouts. The pattern is just all over the place. IDK if that makes sense. There's just no rhyme or reason in the resulting waves. And the part down the back bothers me too.
