What do I need to know to maintain healthy hair? I need some advice . It's been three weeks since I had a relaxer

My advice would be for you to get it done professionally by a colorist...someone who specializes in color.Lighter, I plan to use the 20 volume developer and go from dark brown to red

I don't have my bottle in front of me right now, but it's very gentle. I don't think that it will do much to your colored hair, but when you do your first wash, check to see if there is lots of color in the sink/shower. Paul Mitchell makes a good shampoo for color hair and their daily conditioner is perfect...makes the hair really soft and moist afterwards.
