I have tried over and over to do bantu knots and they NEVER come out right. I dont know what i'm doing wrong. I part my dry hair in about 6 sections, moisturize each section, and then twist around the base and pin it up. The next morning i have no definition and it doesnt even curl. :nono:
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??

please leave tips on how you do your perfect bantu knot and products used. Thanks

FYi: im transitioning but my hair mostly relaxed.

It took me a long time to perfect bantu knots. My main problem was over-twisting, doing it on damp or wet hair and not just a SMALL amount of holding product (I use Bee Mine Bee Hold Curly Butter).

I actually have an article on this topic with a few tips:

Good luck!
