^I don't think she straightened...she said she'd just removed braids after wearing a wig for a couple of days. I think that's why her texture appears elongated in the front.....

She cant help herself she is easily swayed she can get her hair STRAIGHT with rollersetting......

wth? with her texture she can rollerset and flat iron on LOW to get sleek hair...hell she can even skip the flat iron and just wrap it right after the rollerset and it will be straight eventually after the volume settles down erplexed. My hair is a lot kinkier than hers and I def dont need tons of heat to get sleek results. She knows better.

Yeah I was just abt to say this. Her hair seems to get avg growth IMO. It may seem like more growth because she doesnt have a lot of shrinkage, so you can see her progress rather quickly compared to someone who is 4c with 90% shrinkage issues.

Everyone, Taren is just doing things her way. Anyway, she has the kind of hair that grows fast, so she can do what she wants with it. I envy her on her hair growth. Personally, I have no idea what her texture can and can't do. I just know mine won't straiten with just a roller set and wrap. Her hair looked very pretty and had a lot of body when she was done. Taren looks to me like a free spirit who just experiments with her hair and deals with the consequences later. She'll chop if she gets damaged or grow it long because her hair grows fast.

candy626 I used a can of blonde hairspray for my xmas work lunch! - everyone thought i had got permanent highlights . Look really good if i do say so myself. I've seen the prints but still waiting for the pics to be emailed to me.
