Nourish oil - just gives a luxurious feel to the hair.

Castor oil as a sealant. My ends used to be constantly dry but they've done a complete turnaround since I've been using castor oil on them before I bun at night.

Baobab oil. Makes my hair feel very,very moisturized.
I am prepooing as we speak w/ a mixture of coconut,organic sapote,baobab and emu oils. Whoooo baby!

On top is hemp oil. It smells but my hair loves it! However, it's been cheating with mustard oil. After those two I would say Indian coconut oil, not the regular on the in the jar but specifically the parachute brand.

Crisco- edges with root control iron
Coconut- all over for 2h prepoo : love it:
Jojoba- scalp prepoo
Castor- great for Bantu knots
Grapeseed- love it for taking off eye makeup haven't used it on hair
Argan- wanted to like it... My hair was like meh...

My hair is addicted to Hemp seed oil. I use the Nutiva brand. It makes my hurr happeh.

@tiffers

I use it right before I go under the dryer, it softens my hair, I have medium fine hair, and it doesn't weight my hair down, I am able to just glide a comb through it. I use one pump for each side so a little goes a long way. The consistency is a medium thickness, not too thin and not thick at all to me. I get it from Sally's :)

I'll have to check this one out.

Only 3 huh? KeSari oil, Broccoli oil, and Argan oil.

What does this smell like? Where do you get it from?

@Poranges

There are some really nice "Oils" out there these days.:grin:

Oils have really Stepped Up their Game.:lick:

And those Spritz's are nice and super lightweight.:yep:

*i started to do a growth aids oil list too, but thought you might give me the side-eye*:look:

Peppermint oil is amazing!!
I use JBCO, EVO, Grapeseed, Almla, and Peach Kernel oils, but Peppermint oil leaves me speechless. lol

My faves are coconut oil and castor oil.....sweet almond oil would have to be third...i love the smell of it and it works great as a body oil in the summer:yep: I love coconut oil because it conditions my hair and castor (JBCO) bc it helps thicken up my hair....those oils do WORK!

I do want to try hempseed oil one day tho.

I absolutely LOVE oils but if I had to pick only 1 it would be Rice Bran Oil. It is cheap, soaks into my hair and gives me major bling:)

1. Wheat Germ (d/c)
2. EVOO (sealing)
3. Sweet Almond Oil (on my twist out / flat twist)
In fact, these are the only three oils that I own and they each is use for a different purpose.
