You pay a monthly fee. The fees for the samples stuff are 10 to 15 dollars. Each month you get a box of sample sized products. They should be deluxe sized. You will probably fill out an survey so the box can be catered to your hair needs.

Shadiyah The monthly fee is probably around $10. As far as how many products, I think it depends on what you get that month. Usually 3-5 it seems. With other boxes I've seen you get at least one full size product a month.

I've never subscribed to a "box" and I really hope this one is good.

chelseatiara I didn't even get the email about subscriptions man I will keep my money in my pocket because I wasn't suppose to be buying anything this year any way.

Before the email stating it was sold out was another email saying they were up and running. The open sales sold out within 24 hours.

I was number #25!!!

Will post what the box contains when I receive it next month. It ships on Feb 7th. I am excited as I heard there will be FULL-sized products in this box.

I got the email and it said it was $20 a month for 5-7 sample sizes. I passed I am too cheap to spend $20 on samples and I've found my holy grail products finally anyway lol

I got the survey email, but I stopped taking it and just deleted it. I did not like that she was asking about household income and some other questions on the survey were too broad. She caught me on a bad day and I may or may not try again depending on what the reviews on the box are.

I won't spoil it since boxes will be delivered today/ tomorrow BUT the samples are generously sized. One is completely full sized (8 oz.). Those that received their boxes will be pleased I think.
