Hi Ladies

hope every 1 is having a lovely evening

I just wanted to ask if there's any ladies who noticed a change in their hair growth when they started excersising?

Yes, I definately noticed a difference when I was working out regularly, taking my vitamins, and eating a balanced diet.

Honestly I think it was all those things combined

Last winter I started doing that and by summer my hair went from bsl to mbl.
But I was also doing protective styling 99% of the time

Not sure but last winter I gained about 3-4 inches overall.

I kept that routine from Dec to May.

My hair grows quickly so its just a matter of preserving itand not loosing as many inches as I grow.

I have experienced set backs though. I'm trying to get to waist length but its hard because my hair is very fragile even though it grows. If I dont stay on top of my ps game then I wont retain any

When I do high intensity cardio regularly I see marked growth in my hair and nails. I sweat like a pig from my scalp so I bet all of that extra circulation has an added benefit.

nope,
I saw no difference with increase water intake or exercise.
I continue to do both for health and weight loss.
I've been regularly exercising for a year. I see no difference between before or after.

Are you also eating healthy balanced meals or upping your protein concentration?

Hey OP I started developing a healthy routine involving taking vitamins, working out 2hrs 4-5 days a week, drinking at min half of my body weight in water, consuming whey protein isolate. I believe all of these components, especially taking the whey protein has contributed to healthier hair with maybe a slightly above average hair growth. I think previously I was getting slightly below average hair growth. I did all of these things bc its a part of my profession and I will continue to do these things for the rest of my life.

Not only that but I have noticed skin improvement and vitality.

I believe I was growing any where from .5-75 inch monthly when I would exercise, eat Normally and rarely took vitamins.

However now that my diet has been poor especially in the last 3 months, I take vitamins even more sporadically and exercise has been none existent, the craziest thing has been happening. My hair grows anywhere from .75-1 in/month. I don't know how or why but It is crazy. Maybe it is the zanny weather we have been getting

Uhhh...does reversion count? That is the only change I've noticed

I eat an extremely healthy diet that is high in protein and fiber. If I don't cook it, I rarely eat it. I drink water 95%+ of the time. It is unusual for me to drink anything but water.
