Ok I thought I was crazy cause most of her ends are hella straight! I wonder if that is heat damage or she still has relaxed ends.

I'm thinking heat damage since she says she is all natural. Her hair would look much nicer with them ends gone. She could probably do so much more with it and make it look very nice.
