DDTexlaxed Forgive me if you've talked about this before but have you considered putting your hair in braids for a while? Maybe you just need to take a break from your hair altogether, it'll grow and give you time to make a solid decision when you're feeling less frustrated.

but i will share something with you, when i want a change of pace, i don't really put it out there, i just do it. once my mind is made up about something, there isn't anyone who can talk me out of it, make me confused, or have me to question my actions. so whatever you wanna do with your hair just do it. you gotta find what works for you.
I just am wondering what is best for my hair. If I want to wear it strait more often, would being a strait haired natural be less damaging than just relaxing?
I do not care to wear my hair curly at all during the winter. If I straitened all winter, would it damage my curl definition? I am just trying all my options, first. I made the one year natural mark already, but since I did a second BC I didn't count it. You have helped me, so please don't worry. Right now, I just don't know what I'm doing. I'm researching here and You tube for technique ideas and advice.
I'm quite underprocessed though...my fault for not working it well (and I forgot to check the time when I started

I'm so happy to have a stylist who doesn't cut/trim my hair if it isn't necessary.. even though my hack job left it a little uneven. I'm pleased with the results of my no-heat regimen, I have absolutely no split ends.
