A conversation on kinks, curls and coils.
It's not free. $15 for tickets.

I was invited last minute and am thinking about going.

I did go....and I ended up being a hair model! I have a frohawk with two strand twists that were done in bantu knots. Of course I have to take it down before my work meeting on Wednesday but I do get to keep it for a few days.

The event itself was very interesting. I have never attended any of the natural hair meet ups until now. The discussion surrounding our kids being brainwashed was somewhat upsetting (skipping school because of hair).

I had the chance to meet and speak with several vendors as well as the panelist. It was enlightening, to say the least.

Thank you for your review.

Wow! To be a Hair Model....The style sounds beautiful!

Maybe one day I'll get to go to one of these shows if I ever travel to the cities they're held in...LOL.
