So i trimmed my hair again because it really needed it. my ends were a mess! I don't know if more should've been taken off last time (late May) or I need to stick to my schedule of every 3-4 months for trims. Anywho, here are the pics!

I think it's gotten longer/fuller since the last time I updated (http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=546287). I feel I could've had better progress if I had ps more and taken my vitamins and diet more seriously. I'll do better this season!

You and your hair are gorgeous! I don't normally care for color but it looks really, really, really good on you. :)

Looks great! Gorgeous! Reggie?

sent from my EVO 3d y'all!

I'm flattered to be asked for a reggie. I don't feel like I do as much as I could be doing. I usually wash and DC 1-2x a week, braid into 8-12 plaits with leave-in, moisturizer and a sealer and that's it.

forget the hair, can i get ur body? whats ur reggi on that, lol

Lol, I'll probably be stoned for this, but it's mostly genetic. I eat horribly and don't exercise much. I am a long time dancer though. I just joined a gym and I plan on taking more dance classes when I'm not working an actual gig.

Are you related to Toni from Girlfriends? (Jill M. Jones)
Lol. No (I wish! Would love the connect) I get her alot. Or Vanessa Williams from Soul Food (the TV series)

wonderful hair!

name, and brand of color, please? it is stunning.

I did a show for Clairol and they did ALOT of different things to it but they basically out a semi permanent red color all over and then rinsed it with Cedar Red Brown from the Beautiful collection. It has since grown out and I had them redo the roots. The Cedar Red is what really gives it the color though. I'm thinking of trying henna out since it's more natural, but if I can't get the same results then no.

I thank you for sharing... My hair grows like that with the back being the longest and sides going up so now I know how it will look at your length :). You have lovely thickness
