What do you contribute your hair strength to? Are you relaxed or natural, coarse or fine?
Is it a specific ingredient i.e. eggs, henna, silica, protein?
Is it a technique i.e. scalp message, silk scarf at night, brushing, cold water rinsing, no poo, no heat what makes your hair oh so strong?
I have a couple of issues I would also like to discuss here. First off, it is very difficult to keep the balance between moisture and protein. How do you determine which your hair is in need of and how do you keep the balance?
The other issue which I suspect is a big problem amongst us PJs. When you find a good product how do you keep yourself from continuing to try new products? Errgh, this addictive behavior has got to stop!
