Hello ladies (and gents if your out there)!!! I am fresh out of isolation. I'm gonna keep it short and sweet, cuz who wants to read a book right?

Lurking began: 10/2010

Rough Times: 10/2010 - 2/2011 Took out a sew in and cut relaxed ends. My hair went through a scene from platoon. I'm talking breakage madness. Tears, depression u name it. Bought I don't know how many products. Nothing worked.

Bliss: 2/2011 til' Now Went to get a wash and set + trim, changed my regimen and products. I kept it basic my product list include ACV, Water, favorite conditioner, safflower oil, CON shampoo or castile soap and Aphogee 2Min weekly. I deep condition weekly. My hair has not been this great since i was 12. Last June I had total recovery. Sings Its a Sunshine Day " I think I'll go for a walk outside now the summer suns calling my name (I hear ya now'')!! :yep:

Wow seems like you found what works for you. Welcome to the forum "new girl"

Welcome, you sexy thang! Bloody show-off! Yeah I'm hating! *glares at siggy*

*Refocuses on the hair discussion*, congrats on the hair progress. So happy for you!

*Remembers siggy pic* Why am I talking to you again?

Nonie. That's hilarious, I wish I could hear ur accent ROFL:lachen:

metamorphose88 I wish I could tell u something special. I have regular spin classes and I don't eat red meat unless I'm craving it. Lots of fish more than chicken. I eat many small meals a day not just three times. Find that I don't enjoy eating one large meal. I think that helps with my metabolism. See nothing special.

Chile, you got a body! I am gonna be afraid of you now that you hair is smokin. Now off to the gym!!!!

Hi and welcome!! And I agree! You look awesome in your siggy! :yep: Also congrats on your hair!

It took me to hide my hair in braids for a year for it to start flourishing again. Now all I do is moisturize with Hawaiian silk 14 in 1 and seal with ors coconut oil, dc n cowash 1X a week and BAM! smexy hair! Also relatively cheap too!

deborah11 Thanks :lachen:

EtherealEnigma Thanks so much.

Sistar That is the best part right? Cheap and still gets the job. I once thought the more I spent the better the outcome. That was so not true. I have never been one to fuss over my hair. Now I can put the money towards things I really enjoy:yep:

Exactly!! I think my staple cowash is a buck on sale, and less than 2 on most days (V05 strawberrys n creme is my future husband)

So I can buy everything my hair loves for under $10! And interestingly I've ALWAYS been one to fuss over my hair :lachen: but now that it's growing, I just put it up in a bun and go on my way and don't think twice about it :yep:
